Today.. I watched the last ever episode of One Tree Hill.
And I actually can't believe it's over.

It's been my favourite show for 9 years, and now...
It's finished, it's over.
There will never be another episode, another story told,
That's it.
After 9 years.

*Sobs*
I didn't stop crying.

It was incredible, nostalgic, heartbreaking, heart warming, beautiful.

It went out on a high.. it felt like home.
And now it feels like a part of me is missing..

Because it was so much more than a TV Show..

Memories You Keep x

It's strange the memories you keep..

Some seemingly uneventful snippets of your life that stays vivid in your head.
Especially childhood memories..

I remember the day...

• Walking back from Hunstanton beach with Mum.. holding a bucket of sea water, swimming with shrimps.. and waiting to get the shore train back to the Bungalow x
• Sitting with my cousin Tara on the fence outside the house by the main road, waving at cars x
• Swapping our stuffed toys with my friend Natalie, every single week x
• Walking back from Ali Pali with Zoe, watching the others run on in front, while the sun set x
• Hayley actually cutting my hair in reception x
• Getting stuck in a tree.. while kayaking during camping.. and capsizing.. with my camera x
• Sitting on Chris' bed in Holland, really hanging out like Brother & Sister x
• Dropping the bookcase full of books on Danielle W's head x
• Hiding from my Dad behind the camera shop.. while we were out shopping x
• Lying in bed.. talking and laughing my head off with Emma in the middle of the night x
• Playing on the water slide in Auntie Mary's back garden x
• Playing risk in the common room.. with everyone.. for hours.. and I won x
• Dad tickling me in the living room.. till I cried x
• Brushing my teeth in the school toilets before going to the dentist x
• Chloe delivering a valentines card for me in year 2 x
• My 8th birthday at Adventure World, when Stef arrived with her new short hair cut x
• Going to the grocers in nursery.. and buying mushrooms.. because I knew Mummy liked them x
• Going to the fun swim with Danielle and Hayley in year 7.. and the bikini incident x
• The father & child camping trip.. the ride at monkey world.. the day before my birthday x
• The day I learned to ride my bike.. while Dad fixed the car x
• Sitting in the park.. under the slide.. with my friends..all day, till it was dark x

It's funny.. the things you remember.. 

I wonder what makes us remember certain things.. and forget others..

Most don't hold any significance.. no life changing moment or traumatic event..

But they stay there.. in the back of your mind.. as clear as the day they happened.

When life comes knocking,

When will you answer?

Life can be scary at times.. Daunting.. but you've just got to make it through all the bad times to get to the good.

It's there, the happiness, the joy, the inspiration.. sometimes we can be overshadowed with all the negatives, they hang there over our lives, bringing us down..

But through all the pain, and stress and confusion, there's a door..

A door to who you want to be, who you can be and who you will be.

True Happiness is behind that locked door, so close and yet so far.. but if you don't even try to open it, you'll never get to the other side. So, find the key to all the good things in your life and hold onto it.

When life comes knocking, see past all the words that hold you back, see the future, see the person you've always wanted to be.

And maybe one day, you'll really live.

Why keep a diary?
Why take a photo?
Why talk about the old days?

To remember a moment that went by so fleetingly?

So you never forget how happy you were?

To try and make sense of your life?

When every second is just that, a second, how do we hold on to it?

If it just slips away, and a new one begins, just like the one before. Over and over again.

We have to cling on to those special moments at every chance we get. Preserve them.

Because one day we'll look back, and what will we find? Nothing but a few hazy memories.

So don't look back with regrets. Take photos, write down your thoughts, live your life.

It'll be so worth it in the long run. Trust me.

Whether it be to do amazing things, or just to get through the day.

Have you ever noticed how powerful music is.

How people can be moved by a simple melody or a complex rhythm.

Each song has a story and each story is filled with emotion, whatever that may be.

Wow, it's been a very long time since my last blog! And so much has happened!! x

I'm now at uni, Harper Adams University College, Shropshire :) And it's amazing here x

I've made new friends, Liv especially :) .. and kept old ones strong xxxx

It's funny how much your life can change in just a few months..x

So why did I decide to start writing again? .. well I watched a video, and heard a song, which filled me with so much hope, that I just had to write about it x

So I decided to write my own hope notes, and get my friends and family to as well... because everyone needs hope in their life. It's inspiring x

I hope my friends know how much they mean to me.
